How to delete your Gamelo account and data.

In the app (instant)

Open Gamelo → Profile → Danger zone → Delete account, and tap again to confirm. Your account and all its data are erased immediately.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@gamelo.online with the subject "Delete my account" and your player name (and your account ID if you have it — it’s on the Profile screen). We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile and player name, runs and scores, league history, coins, streaks, chests, duels, cosmetic items, blocks, push tokens and rewarded-ad records. Reports you filed are kept for moderation without your account attached, and Remove ads purchase records are kept without your account attached so the purchase can be restored. Analytics events are deleted on request.
