The deal

Gamelo is a skill-based arcade operated by Itani inc. Playing is free: league attempts use tickets that regenerate over time and are never sold. By playing you accept these terms.

Skill contest — not gambling

Weekly leagues rank players purely on verified gameplay skill. There is no real-money wagering, no entry fee and no purchase of any kind that affects scoring or league standing. No cash prize is currently offered; if one is introduced, its Official Rules will be published in the app and on our website before it begins, and will form part of these terms.

Coin duels

Duels let two players each pay a coin entry for a head-to-head match played on the identical level; the higher server-verified score receives both entries minus a 10% fee, ties are refunded, and unaccepted or unplayed duels refund automatically. Coins are a closed virtual currency: earned through play only, never sold for money, never convertible to money, and spendable only on cosmetics and duel entries. Duel results never affect Arcade Points or league standings. Each player gets exactly one attempt per duel.

One account, fair play

One account per player. Automation, input replay, tampering with the app, exploiting bugs, or submitting runs you did not play yourself is prohibited. Every run is re-simulated on our servers; a run that fails verification is void, and repeated attempts may end the account.

Player names and conduct

Choose a name that isn’t offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretending to be someone else. You can report or block any player from the ⋯ next to their name. Reports are reviewed by a person; we may reset a name, and remove players who break these rules.

Ads and purchases

Gamelo may show ads: optional rewarded ads (watch one for a free ticket, at most five a day) and occasional full-screen ads between runs — never between a run and its result. The only purchase is Remove ads, a one-time purchase through Google Play that stops the between-run ads. Nothing you buy or watch ever affects scoring or standing, and coins can never be bought. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Danger zone). Deletion is immediate and permanent and forfeits standings and coins. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, keeping cheating evidence for dispute resolution.

The usual limits

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. We may update these terms and will note material changes in the app first.
